We Thought Nicky Was

After seeing Nicky perform at 2 very different events, which can only be described as life changing, we booked her to ‘do something different’ for our people, covering all departments from warehouse to office. The resulting hour long “docu style” film had the whole company feeling every emotion from pride, reflection, intensity of ambition – and a finale we could never in a million years have pre-guessed that literally had us crying with laughter for days. Nicky is not ordinary, she is UNIQUE. Do not expect ‘the usual’. We asked the question is she ‘a little mad?’ – let me answer that question for you right now once and for all...she is a ‘one of a kind’ genius, the likes of which you do not meet too often.

Nicky has just wowed our 250 strong business audience at breakfast. I am not exaggerating when I describe it as priceless genius! I'm convinced that if Nicky had told all to 'strip' we would all have taken our clothes off! Such was the powerful captivation of her presence! Might not have been a pretty sight though! MAGIC , PURE MAGIC!!

I attended a Masterclass of Nicky’s 18 months ago and kept in touch. After deciding my business needed to expand into new directions, I knew the only person I needed to talk to was Nicky. After spending a morning with her I’m off at 100 miles an hour in the right direction for my business. She is quite simply amazing. She really made me think about some things that I thought I already knew... and watching her with everyone we met in NYC that day was like theatre! Absolutely everyone was mesmerized - from the doorman at the hotel to the cafe counter kids. Really something to see.

I went back to NYC to meet with Nicky Pattinson yesterday. Got to her hotel and asked for her at the front desk. As soon as I mentioned her name, their faces turned to smiles. I knew what that meant. Then, at the cafe, she won over the staff in less than 5 mins. They kept talking about her. It was like theater, but not just entertaining... Memorable! Our meeting was like nothing I've ever done before. And I've done a lot!

When we met I couldn't decide if she was a deluded crazy girl - or a sales and motivation genius. Let me categorically state, it's the latter

Dentistry and the way service is delivered to the patient is changing beyond recognition. We needed someone who could work with 543 at all levels to create a dialogue that would promote our own DENCAP dental plan and motivate our people to create an experience that put this company amongst the best in the UK. From day 1 of launch the change in both conversions and staff dynamism and commitment was off the scale. Can I just say that Nicky is both commercially talented and unique to work with. We weren't trying to do much! We just wanted to rewrite the codes and practices of the beauty industry. An industry dominated by big corporate giants with £billions of pounds behind them. We had sold our first ever lipstick 6 months previously and couldn't quite understand why our retail sales performance wasn't yet ahead of L'Oreal's. We didn't have massive financial backing behind us, but that shouldn't stop us! All we needed was some magic.

In walks Nicky Pattinson and all of a sudden we start out performing brands with £billions in brand equity. In Selfridges Oxford St, we start out selling the big boys with glossy advertising campaigns to support them. Sales literally tripled overnight.

All eyes were on us now. The big boys wanted to know how WE were doing it. Yes the little company that had just started trading 6 months previously was causing a stir.

Nicky creates an impression on everyone who is fortunate enough to meet her. For me she created a lasting impression on my sales team, which benefits me now and will benefit them for the rest of their lives. Since Nicky spent time in my stores not only have sales increased substantially, but so have the number of letters and emails I receive from customers who have been delighted with the service they have received from my staff.

Nicky makes the impossible possible
