I Love Sales People
I WORK WITH SALESPEOPLE.
(In fact I LOVE sales people).
You’re
there employing a team of sales people - and when you jump in your car
to go home you think... HMMMM... I wonder if that situation could be
any better???
GET ME IN to really communicate with the people who really bring the money in, in my own way.
There will be no 'smile while you dial', no 'It's a numbers game' (is it???) and no 'same old same old'.
What we teach people to do here WORKS. End of.
We teach you and your people how to 'EMOTIONALLY PLACE'TM
so as to connect customer to product. How to tell engaging stories
about themselves and your company that will have those debit cards
ready to rattle your way and not in the direction of the competition.
But all this is useless if we're not out there meeting new 'would be' customers (income streams) in the FIRST PLACE.
Now THAT'S a particularly interesting subject for me.
There
are many componants to this - all simple until you put them together
and then an artillery is created, which will make you and your company
look like the trojan horse at the side of Dobbin...
...ohhh and
if you think (note the 'term' there) you are affected by the 'credit
crunch' - then this way of working is even more important. The 'dear
sir -enclosed is', disconnected salespeople of yesterday will not be
the ones moving forward - in fact may not even survive.
THE WORLD IS FULL OF GOODS AND SERVICES - ALL GOOD... SO WHY COME TO YOURS???
